Clean apartment with wonderful location short walk to the water park and peasholm park, and the sea life centre. In general extremely friendly staff. Nice to have a safe box, central heating, and an iron available. Absolutely clean bathroom with a walk-in shower. Family atmosphere of the venue.

Lovely apartment and fairly clean, located very close to the restaurant, a beautiful beach and the 2 cafes under the apartments. Rooms are all nicely decorated and big size with spa bath. Staff is always unobtrusive and accommodating.

We had a fantastic stay at the Sands in Scarborough. The apartment we stayed in was spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished. We were impressed by the high-quality appliances and the well-equipped kitchen. The welcome pack was a nice touch, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location right by the beach was perfect, and having secure car parking was a bonus. We enjoyed dining at the onsite cafe and restaurant. we had a great experience and would highly recommend staying at the Sands.

The only drawback we noticed was that the main bed was a bit too hard for our liking. However, it wouldn't deter us from returning to the Sands in the future.

The location is also interesting and offers access to many amenities. Additionally, there are shops and a supermarket conveniently located nearby.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, with options for hypoallergenic and down pillows. The views from the room were brilliant, overlooking Scarborough castle and peasholm park. The setting of the hotel was amazing, with easy access to the surrounding area, pubs, restaurants, and the cliffs leading to the Cleveland way. The staff were excellent and always had a smile on their faces.

The property is clean and close to the sea, beach, promenade, town centre and shops. The apartment offers absolutely brilliant views. The room has its own bathroom with shower facilities, a hair dryer, and soft bathrobes.
